Position Overview 

We’re hiring a Technical Services Manager in our Operations department to bridge the gap between customers, commissioning teams, service partners, and Parts suppliers. You’ll support the execution of complex electrical distribution projects for data centers, hyper-scalers, oil & gas, clean power, and industrial clients. 

This is a customer-facing operations role where you’ll coordinate startup and after-sales service and spares parts delivery efforts, manage timelines, communicate progress and keep everyone aligned throughout the equipment lifecycle. Ideal for someone who thrives on clarity, communication, and fast-moving infrastructure environments. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers and service partners during commissioning and after-sales support 
  • Coordinate field service execution, including startup, troubleshooting, and warranty activities 
  • Own project communication, timelines, and issue escalation across internal and external stakeholders 
  • Track specification changes, approvals, and project milestones 
  • Support spare parts planning, service proposals, and lifecycle management in collaboration with engineering 
  • Provide technical coordination and first-line support for customer and field inquiries 
  • Travel domestically and internationally to support project coordination 

What You Offer

  • Ability to read drawings, schedules, and technical submittals 
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam, MS Dynamics, ERP, CRM and project tracking tools 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to lead, take initiative, assess risk, problem solve and detail-oriented 
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%)

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus 
  • Five plus years service management experience 
  • Experience in the industrial power equipment or related industry 
  • Experience working with international teams is a plus 
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
