Position Overview

We’re hiring a Operations Project Manager to bridge the gap between customers, commissioning teams, design engineers, factory operations, and field service partners. As the Operations Project Manager, you will support the sales team facilitate customer solutions and lead the execution of complex electrical distribution projects for data centers, hyper-scalers, oil & gas, clean power, and other industrial clients.

This is a customer-facing operations role where you will manage timelines, track and communicate progress using project management methodologies, identify and mitigate risks, coordinate startup and after-sales services, and maintain project stakeholder alignment throughout the equipment lifecycle. Ideal for someone who is process driven and thrives on clarity, communication, and fast-moving infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders, internal PDM stakeholders, factory teams, logistics teams, and field service partners.
• Track project schedules, KPIs, changes, risks, and approval timelines.
• Lead project kickoff and stakeholder governance meetings.
• Manage technical execution of technical efforts in the field.
• Provide technical support for internal teams, service partners, and customer technical inquiries in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Support technical design reviews and submittal packages, transportation logistics, service and spare parts proposals, field documentation, and equipment lifecycle management in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Support sales activities to validate customer solutions and generate business growth through operational excellence.
• Travel to domestic and international manufacturing and customers sites as needed for project coordination and quality assurance.
• Promote workplace safety and employee wellbeing.

What You Offer

  • Project management experience, industrial/electrical/field service environments preferred
  • Ability to read electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, schedules, and technical submittals
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, MS Dynamics, ERP, CRM, and project tracking tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (Mandarin) is a plus
  • Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to lead, take initiative, assess risks, problem solve, manage process, and strive for continuous improvement
  • Willingness to periodically work outside of standard work hours for global coordination efforts
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%)
