POSITION OVERVIEW

PDM is hiring Account Managers to join our growing in-office sales team in Denver.We’re open to a range of backgrounds, but we’re especially looking for candidates who have sales experience, CRM tools, and know how to communicate professionally via email, phone and social settings.

If you are energized by fast-paced environments, driven by uncapped earnings and want to play a key role in building the infrastructure powering today’s data centers, utilities, and energy projects, this is your moment.  

Your goal: Engage with construction project engineers, procurement managers, and sourcing executives.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and distribution partners
  • Work leads through the full sales cycle — from quote to close
  • Use CRM tools to manage opportunities, log activities, and track pipeline progress
  • Communicate effectively via email, LinkedIn, and in-person outreach
  • Travel to customer meetings, job sites, and trade shows (~30%)
  • Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to ensure customer success

 Ideal Candidate

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
  • Confident with written communication and social media (LinkedIn outreach, etc.)
  • Excellent follow-up habits and attention to detail
  • Eager to learn about electrical equipment and power projects — no technical degree required
  • Open to travel up to 30%
