BACKGROUND: 

A management consulting group building OFCI / CFCI procurement programs for hyper-scalers globally was tasked with supporting a hyper-scale project that was fast-tracked for 100 MW at ground break and needed to scale rapidly to 1.5 GW in 18 months.
