Position Overview
We’re hiring a Technical Requirements Manager. This individual will bridge the gap between engineering, operations, and customer teams, bringing transformer and power system expertise to our customers’ project needs. You will be instrumental in supporting detailed documentation for customer projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed transformer documentation manuals, assembly instructions, electronic drawing files, and proposals based on customer RFQs, specifications, and manufacturer documentation in collaboration with Estimation.
• Perform comprehensive specification compliance reviews to ensure compliance with customer requirements, features, testing needs, and documentation standards.
• In collaboration with operations, provide technical support to customers, agents, and internal teams on product applications.
• Develop and maintain PDM’s library of technical standards and drawings.
• Travel to domestic and international customer and manufacturing sites for coordination and technical review efforts.
What You Offer
• Project engineering experience in industrial/electrical/manufacturing environments
• Ability to create and modify 2-D and 3D drawings
• Ability to read drawings, schedules, and technical submittals
• Familiarity with Solidworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and MS Dynamics; ERP and CRM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative, assess risk, and problem solve complex technical issues.
• Willingness to travel (up to 30%)

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 3+ years project engineering experience
• Experience in the industrial power equipment or related industry
• Experience working with international teams is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
