Product Manager – Electrical Infrastructure

Compensation: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission | OTE $150K–$300K

Position Overview

We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager to bridge the gap between customers, factory operations, the channel sales team, and the estimating group. You’ll support the execution of complex electrical distribution projects for data centers, oil & gas, clean power, and industrial clients.

This is a customer-facing operations role where you’ll coordinate technical requirements, manage timelines, and keep everyone aligned—from bid through delivery. Ideal for someone who thrives on clarity, communication, and fast-moving infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders, factory teams, estimating, and channel sales. 
  • Manage technical execution from order through delivery.
  • Track project changes, spec updates, and approval timelines.
  • Support submittals, drawings, and BOM validation in collaboration with engineering .
  • Travel to domestic and international manufacturing sites for coordination and quality checks.
