Position Overview:

We’re a fast-growing company operating at the intersection of energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure. We’re looking for an ABM Email Marketing Manager to help build our lead generation platform.

This fully remote role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, digital-first environment and loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll manage our segmentation, email journeys, marketing qualified leads, MQL scoring, and participate in all things marketing, as needed.

Your goal: To build our top-of-funnel!…by developing, executing, and optimizing highly targeted email campaigns tailored to specific high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Make it personal: Create personalized marketing experiences that resonate with key stakeholders within these accounts, driving engagement and advancing the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate: Maintain close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on account targeting and messaging.
  • Keep score:Monitor campaign performance using data-driven insights, continuously refining strategies to improve response rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Grow Sales: Support business growth by converting strategic accounts into customers through effective, personalized email outreach.
  • Hubspot Geek: Manage marketing automation tools and ensuring campaign delivery on schedule.
  • Cross-Reference: Make sure Hubspot and Microsoft leads jive.

What You Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing and ABM strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot, MS Dynamics, and the adaptability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Strong project and campaign management skills to handle multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.

  • Analytical capabilities to measure, report, and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights.

  • Strategic thinking combined with attention to detail in execution.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at prioritizing in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you’re comfortable briefing C-level execs.
  • Self-starter mentality with a bias for action and problem-solving
